Timed Entry Ticketing

To maintain the best possible experience for our guests, we have restricted the number of visitors who may enter SmA at one time. Accordingly, all tickets to the Sports Museum of America are date and time specific. Entry times are scheduled every 15 minutes, starting at the top of each hour and ending 90 minutes prior to closing. Guests may enter at any time within the 15-minute period following the time specified on the ticket. If you miss your timed entry, every effort will be made to accommodate you during the next available time slot.

How to Purchase Your Tickets

There are three easy ways to purchase tickets:

• In Person: At the SmA Box Office (opening in late April)

There are no additional charges on tickets purchased online or in person at the box office. Tickets purchased by phone will incur a convenience charge of $3.50 per ticket. For both online and phone purchases, there are no additional charges to print your tickets at home or have them waiting for you at the box office.

Advance Online Reservations are Strongly Encouraged

Capacity is limited, so advance purchase is highly recommended. And the combination of timed-tickets, online access and print-at-home delivery (all at no additional charge) means guaranteed admission with no waiting in lines!

Become an SmA "Season Ticket" Holder

Season Ticket Holder status is not available for children under the age of 4, though admission is free when attending with an adult until their 4th birthday.

Group rates (savings of $5 per ticket) are available for 15 or more guests only if you are visiting at the same time on the same day. All group reservations must be made in advance and require pre-payment.
